Track Order
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the latest status of your Mode Mafia order. Your order number is in the order confirmation email.
What your order status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | We are waiting for your online payment to complete. If the money was deducted, it usually updates within a few minutes. |
| Processing | Your order is confirmed and being printed and packed. This takes 2 to 3 working days. |
| Completed / Shipped | Your parcel has left us. The courier name and tracking number are in your email. |
| Cancelled or Refunded | The order was cancelled. Any refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. |
Tracking tips
- Tracking details can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show on the courier website.
