Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your colour and size on the product page, tap Add to cart or Buy it now, then fill in your details on our one-page checkout. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see all your orders, save your address and track deliveries faster.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Every piece is printed to order, so message us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it before printing starts. See our Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, WhatsApp us your name and mobile number and we will confirm your order.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, NetBanking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Payments are processed by a secure payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Money was deducted but my order failed. What should I do?
Failed payments are usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If not, send us the transaction reference and we will help you follow it up.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping and delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are printed and dispatched in 2 to 3 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your PIN code. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders above ₹1,299 ship free within India. The shipping charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You receive the courier name and tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page or My account > Orders.
Do you deliver across India? Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to most PIN codes in India; checkout tells you if yours is not serviceable. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Sizing and fit
How do Mode Mafia tees fit?
Our tees have a relaxed, oversized, drop-shoulder fit. If you like a regular fit, take one size down. Exact measurements are in our Size Guide.
What if the size does not fit?
Message us within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange, as long as the tee is unworn, unwashed and has its tags.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Size exchanges and damaged, defective or wrong items are covered; see our Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
Product and care
Will the print fade or crack?
Our prints are made to last. Wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not iron directly on the print and dry in the shade, and they stay sharp for a long time.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Screens show colours differently, and some product images are digital mockups. Small colour differences are normal and are not a defect.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Yes, for teams, events and creators. Contact us with the quantity, design idea and your deadline.
