This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Mode Mafia (“Mode Mafia”, “we”) collects when you use https://modemafia.com/, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

2. How we use your data
- To process, print, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle cancellations, exchanges and refunds.
- To send order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To reply to your questions and complaints.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the Website.
- To send offers and new-drop news only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your order, with:
- our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner, which prints and packs your order;
- courier companies, which deliver it;
- payment gateways and banks, which process payments (card and UPI details are handled by them; we never see or store them);
- service providers for our website, hosting, email and analytics, under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the cart, checkout and login to work, and analytics cookies that help us improve the Website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without the necessary ones.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data, such as messages, is kept only as long as needed to help you, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
The Website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to your data is limited to people and partners who need it to serve you. No system is completely secure; if a breach affecting your data happens, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent you gave (for example, for marketing), nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Email support@modemafia.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
The Website is not meant for children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect children’s data without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
