Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://modemafia.com/ (the “Website”) and to every purchase you make on it. The Website is operated by Mode Mafia (“Mode Mafia”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order or create an account.
2. Products, prices and taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any Cash on Delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Products are printed on demand in India. Colours on your screen and in mockup photos may differ slightly from the final product.
- We try to describe products and prices accurately. If a clear pricing or description error happens, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock or printing problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud or misuse, or a PIN code we cannot deliver to; any payment made is then refunded in full.
4. Payment
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, NetBanking and, on eligible PIN codes, Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or UPI details.
5. Shipping, returns, exchange and cancellation
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
6. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Website: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to hack, scrape or overload it, and no posting of unlawful, abusive or infringing content in reviews or messages. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Reviews and content you submit
When you post a review, photo or message, you confirm it is your own and honest, and you allow us to display it on the Website and our social media. We may moderate or remove reviews that are fake, abusive or unrelated to the product.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, mascots, artwork, text, logos and images on the Website belong to Mode Mafia or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in its design.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you directly. Subject to that, the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
14. Grievance Officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can contact our Grievance Officer, The Grievance Redressal Officer, at support@modemafia.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
