Essential Shipping Policy: Clear, Fast, and Fair

This Shipping Policy explains how and when Mode Mafia (“Mode Mafia”, “we”) ships your order within India. Please read it together with our Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Processing time: why we need a few days
Every Mode Mafia product is printed on demand after you order. Your tee is printed, quality-checked, packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas, the North-East, Jammu and Kashmir and island territories can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes, festivals or courier delays outside our control.
Shipping charges
Orders above ₹1,299 ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. All prices include GST.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can track it on the courier website, on our Track Your Order page, or under My account > Orders if you have an account.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible PIN codes and may have an order value limit; checkout shows whether it is available for your order.
- Please keep the exact amount ready. The courier may not carry change.
- We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before printing it.
- Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead to COD being turned off for that mobile number or address.
Address, delivery attempts and undelivered parcels
- Check your name, full address, PIN code and mobile number carefully at checkout. We cannot change the address after the order ships.
- The courier usually makes more than one delivery attempt and may call you before delivering, so keep your phone reachable.
- If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone or refusal, we can re-ship it once the re-shipping charge is paid. Prepaid orders that cannot be delivered are refunded minus the shipping costs.
Damaged or tampered parcel
If the outer packaging looks damaged or opened, please do not accept the parcel, or record an unboxing video when you open it. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery as explained in our Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.
