How do I track my Mode Mafia order?
Once your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page or under My account > Orders.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed after you order. Orders are dispatched in 2 to 3 working days and usually arrive 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I exchange a size that does not fit?
Yes. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. The item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with tags. Full details are in our Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every order is printed on demand, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can change or cancel it only before printing starts.
Which size should I choose?
Our tees have a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the measurements on our Size Guide. For a regular fit, take one size down, or send us your usual size on WhatsApp and we will suggest one.
